Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• Skills Assessment GPT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: oncology physical therapy, at least two years of current physical therapy practice, outpatient orthopedic experience, and proficiency in Epic and Expro systems.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
