You bring a practical, hands-on approach to lab debug, silicon bring-up, and technical problem-solving, and you communicate effectively across global teams. You are comfortable supporting customer engagements, including occasional travel of up to 15-20% (dependent on location). This role can be based in the Bay Area, Austin, Boxborough, or Ottawa.Supporting post-sales integration and silicon bring-up of Memory Interface PHY IP, including HBM, DDR, and LPDDR, as well as Controller IPsDelivering technical presentations and training to help customers deploy solutions successfullyCreating documentation and user collateral that improves product usability and adoptionCollaborating with internal and customer engineering teams to solve technical challengesStaying current with memory protocols such as DDR5, LPDDR6, MRDIMM2, and HBM4Driving product usability, customer success, and technology adoptionEnhance customer experience and contribute to project successFacilitate smooth integration of Synopsys Memory Interface IP into customer designsImprove product documentation and overall usabilityStrengthen Synopsys' leadership in Memory Interface IP through high-quality technical supportDeliver valuable feedback that helps shape product improvementsDrive technology adoption through expert customer engagement8+ years of industry experience in Memory Interface IP such as DDR, LPDDR, and HBM, or other Interface IP including PCIe, Ethernet, and UCIeExperience with Controller IPs, AMBA bus interfaces, AXI, and backend engineeringHands-on experience with lab debug and silicon bring-upProficiency in Linux, Verilog and/or VHDL, and ASIC design flowsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, ideally with a VLSI focusStrong communicator and collaboratorEfficient, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptableProblem-solver who thrives in dynamic settingsJoin a global team of engineers dedicated to customer success and product excellence in Memory Interface IP solutions.We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits.
