Roles and responsibilities include demonstrating integrity, striving to be a top performer, displaying authenticity, proactively identifying and assisting guests, displaying eagerness to learn, executing dishes accurately, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, engaging with guests, adhering to food safety procedures, encouraging a learning atmosphere, and undergoing cross-training.

Requirements include being at least 16 years of age, meeting the scheduling needs of the restaurant, and previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, possessing close, distance, and peripheral vision, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching, having dexterity to handle kitchen equipment, being comfortable working near open flames, working in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas, working in tight spaces, and working and communicating effectively in an environment with high noise-levels.

Pay rate: $15.92 per hour + tips. Over the last 3 months, team members at this location are earning an average of $1.06 per hour in tips!
