You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Technical Project Manager works with a variety of business and technical teams to manage resources, issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and timely delivery of technology solutions aligned with business needs. This role facilitates the breakdown and understanding of the technical components of a project.What you will doLeads projects involving technology and business resourcesDevelops detailed project plans and objectives, identifies resource requirements, performance indicators, and status reportsMaintains project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues reportingDevelops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to functional teamsCoordinates with partners, conduct internal meetings and facilitate status reportingSupervises project progress, communicates and identifies roadblocks, and proposes process improvements in a timely mannerPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience preferredExperience QualificationsTypically 2+ years of experience as a program or project manager, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services in a software development environmentSkills and AbilitiesAbility to coordinate projectsKnowledge of working in ServiceNow platform or with portfolio management toolsExcellent communication, including presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to connect with employees at all levels of the organizationAttention to detailAbility to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple prioritiesDemonstrable ability to work independently with limited supervisionLicenses and CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) preferredTravel Requirements MinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.
