Job Description Job Description We are looking for Customer Experience Specialists who are passionate about helping others. This is a non-sales, customer care role – no upselling, no cold calling, just great service.
Position Overview: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will support customers by responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats, as well as voicemails related to order status, tracking, returns, warranties, and general support inquiries. You’ll represent the KaTom brand with professionalism, empathy, and speed, ensuring every interaction contributes to our mission of delivering ‘ Legendary Customer Experiences.’
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound customer calls, emails, chats, and voicemails
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up or provide resolutions
Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional customer experience using both written and verbal communication
Collaborate with your team to ensure customer needs are fully met
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
Resolve customer issues from first contact to final resolution
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries at once
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service role (call center experience preferred)
Friendly, clear, professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Ability to read and understand product and order documents
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability
Rotating Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 Pm every 3 – 4 weeks, based on business needs
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kodak, TN
Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00/hour starting pay
