Salary$170000 - $200000LocationManhattan, New York, NY, USAContractPermanentIndustryAccountancy & FinanceContactSam View email address on click.appcast.io Oliver James have recently partnered with an established global multi-fund asset manager based in New York as they look to hire a Senior Associate to join their Credit Finance platformOur client is seeking to hire an ambitious CPA professional with a Big 4 background and 4-6 years of experience to take on various responsibilities from a cross-platform perspective including centralised financial reporting & analysis, accounting oversight, process improvement, financial operations, data collection and much more.They are offering a total compensation package between $170,000 and $200,000, hybrid working, a clear route for progression to the management/VP level as well as various other excellent benefits!Responsibilities:Primary support for data aggregation, coordinating the collection of financial reporting deliverables across the Credit and Real Estate platforms.Prepare initial variance analysis and trend reports, as well as assist in drafting communications regarding fund-specific nuances.Develop a strong understanding of complex fund concepts, through fund operating metrics.Liaise with administrators to monitor performance and assist with key projects relating to data integration.Maintain and update automation workflows as reporting requirements evolve, as well as utilize AI-assisted tools to improve the speed and accuracy of routine data collection.Identify manual reporting tasks that can be automated through building solutions using Alteryx or Power BI.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in public accounting and/or the investment management space.CPA qualification (completed or in process).Strong interest in data automation and leveraging technology as well as accounting & financial reporting.Advanced Excel skills are a MUST (Alteryx, Power BI or Geneva exposure is preferred.)Benefits:Total compensation ranging between $170,000 and $200,000.Hybrid working.Excellent healthcare benefits & 401k matchClear route for progression has been outlined within the Credit Finance group.Much more!If you possess the relevant experience and are interested in exploring this opportunity, please send a copy of your resume to [email protected]
