The Operation Technician maintains the operation of a Fly Ash Beneficiation plant.

Exercise and encourage core values including but not limited to; developing self and coaching others by inspiration and empowerment. Responsible to maintain and monitor efficient operation of all production processes. Make routine operation and preventative maintenance inspections of process equipment, report all unusual conditions, and prepare work orders for maintenance when required. Operate skid loader, front end loader, forklift and other equipment. As directed, lubricate, inspect, adjust or make repairs to process equipment. Completion of the Area Safety Inspection, Mobile Equipment Checklist and any other documentation as required. General housekeeping - keep work areas clean. Must be able to work rotating shifts. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma Required

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial workplace with experience in: Troubleshooting equipment Operating mobile equipment

Must have a valid driver's license

Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
