As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you’re the leader on the floor - the one who keeps the energy high, the team moving, and the guest experience on point.You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to run great shifts, coach Team Members, and deliver bold food and warm hospitality. Leadership here means leading by example, bringing the heat when it counts, and helping your team shine.
