Location: Aurora, IL

Shifts Available:

1st 6am to 2pm Tuesday - Saturday $17.50 prh

2nd 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday $18.50 prh
3rd 10pm - 6am Monday Friday $20.50 prh

Must be able to attend Orientation on Tuesday or Thursday at 12pm

About the Role
A large, highvolume mail processing and production facility in Aurora is seeking dependable Mail Sorters / Assembly Workers to support daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fastpaced work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps nationwide mail moving.

You’ll work on the production floor sorting, scanning, assembling, and preparing mail and small packages for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Sort mail and small parcels by zip code, size, and destination
Operate basic mailsorting equipment (training provided)
Inspect mail for correct labels, barcodes, and postage
Identify unreadable barcodes and route items for reprocessing
Clear simple machine jams to keep production lines moving
Assemble, package, and prepare trays and mail bundles for dispatch
Load/unload mail trays onto conveyors and sorting stations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all quality and safety guidelines

Requirements
Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience helpful but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to work overtime as needed
