Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) - Miami, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday | No On-call | Occasional weekends (if required)

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to provide both clinical leadership and administrative oversight. This role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical services across O&P clinics.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA.
• Oversee clinician scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity benchmarks.
• Address and resolve complex patient concerns and complaints.

Qualifications Required:

• ABC Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) or Board-Eligible CPO
• Ability to perform duties within the scope of practice established by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and patient care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Experience:

• Open to immediate post-residency, Board-Eligible candidates, and experienced CPOs
• Experience in prosthetic and orthotic patient care preferred
