Remote RN Case Manager: Telephonic Care Coordination
Registered Nurse
CVS Health is seeking a Remote RN Case Manager to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the U.S. This full-time position allows for a day shift schedule, no weekends or holidays. Responsibilities include assessing and coordinating care for members as well as collaborating with teams to improve health outcomes.
