As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Badge Administration Patrol in Charlestown, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support badge access activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
