Location: Claremont, New Hampshire

CoWorx is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift packaging opportunities in Claremont, NH area. These team members are responsible for expertly handling, processing, and packaging products and maintaining strict standards while working in a fast-paced environment to ensure that every product leaving the facility meets the company's expectations for appearance and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of packaging equipment, including roll-stock machines, slicers, and vacuum sealers.
• Transport materials and finished goods as needed to support production flow.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels in accordance with company standards.
• Inspect finished products for visual quality, proper packaging, and any noticeable defects.
• Accurately complete required production and quality records.
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defective materials, or unusual conditions to the Department Manager.
• Adapt to different workstations or tasks based on daily production needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• No experience required
• Verifiable work history
• Must be able to remain on your feet for your shift
