Sharp specialization and global scale, without having to choose between them. The Role The VP / Head of Growth is responsible for building and orchestrating the growth engine for 360i. This leader designs and operationalizes the growth architecture that enables 360i to win business across three channels—including direct‑to‑client opportunities, integration into Dentsu Creative pitches, and social/creator/commerce opportunities emerging from Dentsu Media. The role sits at the intersection of new business, solution development, and opportunity integration, ensuring 360i shows up consistently in the market and that opportunities across dentsu are captured and converted efficiently. It reports into the Chief Growth Officer of Dentsu Creative. Key Responsibilities Define how 360i grows across dentsu’s ecosystem and in the market, creating a clear pipeline and opportunity pitch operating system. Partner with leadership to lead and convert high‑priority pitches. Develop provocative entry points such as innovation sprints, creator‑led launches, and social‑first brand activations. Build a repeatable approach for bringing 360i to market. Ensure opportunities are visible and coordinated across Creative and Media teams at dentsu. Work closely with leadership to develop productized offerings that make it easier for clients to start working with 360i. Design modern commercial pathways and package 360i’s AI‑native, social‑first services to align with client expectations. Build and manage a consistent pitch system, crafting clear narratives and orchestrating repeatable pitch structures. Translate market insights into continuous evolution of 360i’s proposition. Qualifications Experience & Expertise 8+ years in agency roles (business development, operations, account management, or similar). Strong understanding of today’s marketing landscape, including social, creators, and content. Familiarity with AI‑enabled marketing and modern production approaches. Experience driving impact, contributing to growth, and bringing ideas from concept to execution. Understanding of modular, project‑based marketing services. Leadership & Mindset Entrepreneurial and builder‑oriented, with a passion for creating and scaling new ideas. Curious about culture, technology, and how marketing continues to evolve. Clear communicator and strong storyteller who can influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable working across teams in complex environments. Work Location and Flexibility Dentsu requires employees who live within commuting distance of one of our hub offices—currently in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City—to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles and Detroit). Employees living outside a commutable range may be designated as remote depending on the role and business needs. All staff are expected to be flexible to meet company and client needs, which may include office attendance. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $136,850–$200,000. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
