Responsibilities

Consult with families and business owners to assess their specific financial protection needs.

Draft tailored life insurance proposals that offer genuine peace of mind rather than one-size-fits-all policies.

Guide prospects through the entire application and medical underwriting process with patience and clear communication.

Maintain active relationships with current policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Collaborate with the local agency team to organize community events and educational workshops.

Document all client interactions accurately to uphold our high standards of service and compliance.

Requirements

Active North Carolina Life Insurance License.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals within the insurance sector.

Strong command of life insurance products, riders, and underwriting guidelines.

High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital application platforms.

Natural ability to listen deeply and explain complex financial concepts in plain, accessible language.

Residency in or around Matthews, NC, with the ability to work from our local office daily.
