Role Description The Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based at Sante Center for Healing in Argyle, TX, providing direct patient care within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring withdrawal and stabilization, and documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The Nurse collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other care providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, while promoting safety, recovery, and patient engagement. Daily tasks also involve responding to medical and psychiatric needs, educating patients and families about treatment and recovery, and supporting a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment. Qualifications Valid RN or LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas; current BLS/CPR certification. Clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of patients with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of detoxification protocols, withdrawal management, and best practices in addiction and behavioral health nursing. Strong communication, de-escalation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards. Experience in residential treatment, psychiatric, or behavioral health settings is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
