As an Agile Product Owner, you will collaborate with key business and technology partners to define scope,managethescrumbacklog, interpret and refine requirements, develop Epics and Stories, and collaborate with other technology domains to help the team deliver technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent understanding of Agilescrum and Agile SAFemethodology practicesand leadothers on the teamtoembrace the Agile discipline. What you have Requiredqualifications Bachelor’s degreein a technical discipline orequivalentexperience 5 years’ experience with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile Scrum methodology 5 years’ experience as an Agile Product Owner. Emphasis on business requirements development, technical systems and patterns, and scrum backlog management. Proven ability to create and refine Agile Epics and User Stories Deep understanding of Agile best practices and ability toeducate and influence others on the value of Agile Systems analysis skills including data mapping,interpreting code, understanding technical requirements, and analyzing the feasibility of proposed solutions Skilled at working with a technical scrum team to communicaterequirements and refine and sequence work to deliver technical solutions Ability to determine and document technical solutions to business problems Ability to analyze and communicate technology recommendations to business stakeholders Analyticalability to break down business requirements into technical work Confidence in presentingatactical vision to thescrumteam and management for both big-picture planning and day-to-daybacklog management Ability to align and unify stakeholders to a common goal Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiationskills Stronginitiative tolead a technical team to success Extensive experience and commandof JIRA and Confluence Preferred qualifications Experience withlendingbanking industry capabilities and technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Charles Schwab Corporation
