What You'll Do

• Float routinely between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Willis Knighton Bossier hospitals
• Provide advanced cardiac care in a fast-paced cath lab environment
• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex interventional procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, and neuro interventions
• Administer vasoactive drugs and perform critical patient assessments
• Support hemodynamic monitoring using systems like Merge, Philips imaging, and ancillary equipment such as IVUS, EKOS, Laser
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to safety protocols during procedures
• Assist in various cardiac and peripheral vascular interventions and diagnostics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You NeedRequired

• RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience with 1.5 years in Cath Lab
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex procedures
• Valid driver's license and ability to float between facilities
• Experience with vasoactive drug administration, critical patient assessment, and sterile technique

Preferred

• Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, laser atherectomy
• RCIS certification
• Experience with Merge hemodynamic systems and Philips imaging equipment
