Are you a self-motivated, happy, friendly professional and enjoy being the first point of contact?
The concierge is the first impression of a luxury residential building, and they should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance, performance, and personality. We have a 7 am to 3 pm opening, and we are looking to hire immediately.
Duties:
- Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.
- Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand.
- Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.
- Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Team player
