Job Type Full‑time Description Renova One is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Interior/Exterior Renovations team in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you will take ownership of renovation projects from kickoff through final walkthrough, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction at every stage. You will work closely with our operations leadership to build and strengthen our IR/ER team as we continue to grow. Responsibilities & Duties Manage interior and exterior renovation projects of varying size and complexity from start to finish Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work Prepare and review accurate project estimates using Xactimate and other estimation tools Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and potential risks proactively Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records within company systems (LGTK, Smartsheet, Xactimate) Collaborate with leadership to support the continued development and scaling of the IR/ER service line Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing interior and/or exterior renovation or construction projects (multi‑family, commercial, or residential) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying scopes and budgets Strong estimating skills; Xactimate experience is a significant plus Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and trade coordination Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with project management and field operations software (LGTK, Smartsheet, or similar) Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Occasional overnight travel may be needed Other All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background check Valid Driver's License is required Salary $80K - $90K + Bonus EEO Statement Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
