Century Group has partnered with a non-profit organization who is seeking a temporary Recruiter. This is an onsite position located in Alameda. This is a direct hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay: $75-$92 hourly DOE.

Job Description:

• Screen candidates
  
  
• Good judgement
  
  
• Recruitment for a number of key management level positions
  
  
• Keep track of each recruitment process with Outlook and Excel
  
  

Requirements:

• A proven track record in sourcing leads, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring is required.
  
  
• 10 years of experience sourcing for high level roles
