Based in Russellville, AR with a full-service maintenance terminal in North Little Rock, Transco operates 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers. The fleet is built around ultra-modern assets, JIT-focused freight, and a culture that recognizes and celebrates its drivers. Pets welcome. No inward-facing cameras. An open-door policy that goes all the way to the President. That's Team TLI.

CDL-A Truck Driver â€" Team Job Details

Team pay built for high performance. Dedicated Teams can earn up to $289,000 annually together, with pay of up to $1.02CPM, depending on location and endorsements.*
Start Strong. Earn More. Qualified teams receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time.*
Great home time. Real flexibility. Get home as often as weekly, or stay out longer to stack more miles and income. Transco gives team drivers the flexibility to run on their terms.
Modern trucks built for the long haul. The fleet averages just 1 year and 2 months old â€" ultra-modern equipment designed for high-mileage team running. No inward-facing cameras. Full-service maintenance terminals available when you're in the area.

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL A license
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
Hazmat and Doubles endorsement required for select positions; preferred for all
Must meet DOT and Transco Lines requirements
