Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Respiratory Therapist (RT) who excels in this role:Measures lung capacity and analyzes blood samples using a blood gas analyzer.Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.Responds to codes and calls for emergent assistance; participates as a member of the core team and rapid response team by responding to emergency or STAT calls to establish natural and artificial airways, including oral endotracheal intubations or to help or assess with any other respiratory-related issue.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
