Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Responsibilities As part of the Managed Services, Clinical Applications team, you will lead managed services operations for Clinical Application modules, driving system stability and alignment with operational goals. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of support processes while building meaningful client connections. Oversee managed services operations for Clinical Application modules Maintain system stability in line with operational objectives Analyze intricate issues and provide practical solutions Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Drive ongoing improvements in support processes Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs Enhance technical knowledge within a dynamic healthcare setting Advance personal brand through professional development initiatives What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree At least 4 years of experience in Clinical Applications management What Sets You Apart Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred Proven experience in mentoring and team leadership Demonstrating advanced problem-solving and technical skills Excelling in communication with diverse stakeholders Leading cross-team collaboration across time zones Analyzing incident trends for continuous improvement Understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements Developing training materials for end-user support Creating and maintaining operational documentation Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
