How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead strategic forecasting and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and actionable insights for hospital leadership.
• Drive business performance improvement by analyzing key metrics and engaging with the revenue cycle to optimize financial outcomes.
• Oversee comprehensive capital management and business-case analysis for new service lines and equipment investments.
• Conduct rigorous discretionary expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage labor productivity and staffing analysis to align financial targets with clinical operational requirements.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
• At least 2 years leadership/management experience.
