Support field staff by assisting with on‑site construction observation, construction surveying, and staking. Assist project managers and engineers with project development and design tasks, while maintaining effective communication with staff, contractors, and clients. Accurately draft project information using AutoCAD and related software. Essential Qualifications: Candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to/from the office and nearby civil construction sites during the summer 2027 season. Actively enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Project Management or related undergraduate program Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in construction inspection, monitoring, or supervision of work crews Knowledge of roadway plan and specification reading Previous experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD Who We Are Better Places.
