Director of Quality & Performance Improvement

LifePoint Health

Indianapolis, IN

Community Rehabilitation Hospital North in Indianapolis is seeking a Quality Improvement leader to oversee the hospital-wide CQPI program, using data collection, analysis, and trending to drive performance and patient safety. The role requires RN licensure, BSN, at least two years in acute care or rehab, and ability to educate staff.
