Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Patient Population STEMI NSTEMI Chest Pain (C/P) Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) patients Cardiac telemetry patients Units Available : 5J Intermediate 7 L IMCU Unit Details Float to all PCU/IMCU units May also float to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower-acuity patients Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3–4 Required Experience Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized acute care hospital Experience caring for cardiac patient populations Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring Experience managing the following cardiac drips: Milrinone Dobutamine Pressors (vasopressors) Required Certifications BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) EMR EPIC (Required) About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
