Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $285,120 - $380,160 annually (based on shift volume)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic hospitalist care at major Seattle facilities including Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah.
• Support labor, delivery, and surgical procedures, working closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB teams.
• Manage obstetric emergencies, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions.
• Conduct routine GYN procedures such as diagnostic laparoscopy.
• Mentor OB residents and fellows, contributing to medical education.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborative patient management.
• Support a patient-centered care approach within a collegial hospital environment.

What You Need

• Valid OB/GYN medical license in Washington state or eligible for license reciprocity.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Residency training in OB/GYN, with relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts.
• Strong team collaboration, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality care.
