F-22 Items Analyst Sr (Level 3) What You Will Be Doing As an F-22 Items Analyst Sr (Level 3), you will serve as a critical link between supply chain operations, engineering, and customer requirements to ensure the F-22 program maintains mission readiness. This role is responsible for providing Total Asset Visibility (TAV) of consumables, managing the flow of assets across the program, and ensuring that parts and materials are available when and where they are needed. You'll analyze requirements, oversee asset movement, and respond to urgent needs such as Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) situations. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to assess the impact of design changes on hardware and ensure alignment with program objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Total Asset Visibility (TAV) of F-22 consumables.
  • Manage daily coordination of F-22 program requirements, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Direct, redistribute, and coordinate movement of assets to meet immediate and forecasted needs.
  • Support Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) requirements by expediting critical part movement.
  • Develop and maintain provisioning data, cataloging, and requirements determination for spares, parts, and modification kits.
  • Oversee ordering and replenishment of consumables to maintain inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hardware design changes and assess their impact on inventory.
  • Utilize F-22 program systems and legacy supply tools (e.g., GOLD, Material Requirements Planning systems) to track and manage assets.
  • Monitor metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership and customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Experience with USAF Standard Base Supply System or equivalent. • Familiarity with LM Legacy Systems such as Provisioning Relational, Integrated, and Distributed Electronic System (PRIDE), SAP, and SPM. • Working knowledge of the F-22 Wholesale Supply Tool (GOLDesp) and the Material Requirements Planning System is preferred. • Holds experience with data analytics and tracking metrics on program performance • Great Interpersonal skills working in a team environment • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Possess a Growth Mindset to learn new skills and build the team • PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience • F-22 Supply Management Experience

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
