Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) EHS Consulting Network | Early-Stage Marketplace Role Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on CMO to own growth, positioning, and demand generation for a live EHS consulting marketplace. This is a builder role—not a brand‑only seat. You’ll turn existing traction (community + platform) into scalable, repeatable growth. What You’ll Own Go‑to‑market strategy for a two‑sided marketplace (businesses + consultants) Demand generation, funnels, and conversion (not vanity metrics) Brand positioning that emphasizes trust, credibility, and authenticity Content, community, and lifecycle marketing tied directly to revenue Messaging for sales enablement and partnerships KPI definition, attribution, and performance tracking What We’re Looking For Proven experience scaling SaaS, marketplaces, or services Strong operator mindset—comfortable executing, testing, and iterating Ability to work closely with CRO (sales‑led growth model) Clear communicator who can simplify complex value propositions Comfortable in early‑stage ambiguity and ownership Nice to Have Experience marketing to regulated or technical industries Community‑led or trust‑based growth experience Marketplace or services background Why This Role Matters You won’t be “supporting” growth—you’ll be building it.
