Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC LATHES
• Write and edit G-code at the machine
• Perform simple programming and program adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding
• Run small-to-medium part production with high attention to detail
• Perform first-article and in-process inspection
• Use calipers, bore gauges, and other tools to verify part quality
• Monitor machine performance and adjust feeds/speeds as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and upkeep
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues with the team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Machines: CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
Controls: Fanuc (required), Mitsubishi Meldas (a plus)
Programming: G-code editing at the machine
CAD/Software: SolidWorks (for print reading and reference)
Inspection Tools: Calipers, bore gauges, and standard shop inspection tools

• Stainless Steel (304 / 316)
• Inconel
• Small to medium-sized precision components

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with both CNC lathes and mills
• Ability to write and modify G-code
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong inspection skills using standard measurement tools
• Solid understanding of setups, tooling, and offsets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and quality

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with gun drilling
• Experience with Mitsubishi Meldas controls
• Machine repair or maintenance experience
• Forklift experience
