Job Summary and Responsibilities Qualified external applicants with at least 24 months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus! To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into a Full-time or Part-time Nights position, ONLY within the specialties of ICU, Med Surg, and/or ED. OB and OR Full Time or Part Time all shifts (ONLY Tier 3 float CO, KS, & UT) are also eligible; PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions apply. We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Level 3 Enterprise Float Pool Pay and Benefits Base rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change. Unit Type/Specialty Areas: Critical Care Surgical Services Medical Surgical Procedural - not currenlty hiring Women's Services ED Benefits: Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact.
