The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' of executive leadership experience, a background in healthcare is preferred, and a demonstrated ability in fundraising, financial oversight, and board relations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in executive leadership, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The role requires proficiency in financial principles, experience in budget creation and tracking, and the ability to interpret financial reports. The Executive Director will also be the public spokesperson for the organization, so comfort with public speaking, networking, and community engagement is essential. The position demands a leader who can engage diverse audiences, build collaborative relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Experience with CRM and donor database systems is a plus, with specific knowledge of Donor Perfect and Dentrix desired.
