STAINLESS PIPING SPECIALISTS NOW EMPLOYEE-OWNED (ESOP)

Summary/Objective:

The machine operator / Fabrication position safely performs cutting and grinding of a variety of Stainless Pipe configurations, with Training on various fabrication equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general Fabrication and Cutting operations.
• Make proper set-ups for machine & cut operations.
• T-Pull, Roll & Cut-Groove operations
• Perform dimensional inspections.
• Detect and report defective materials to the supervisor.
• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.
• Load equipment with raw material using the overhead crane and/or forklift in order to prepare the equipment for an accurate cut.

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1 year of fabrication and machine operation preferred.
• Blueprint reading.
• Organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

• This position requires standing, walking, & bending throughout the shift, including lifting and/or moving items at times that may be up to 50 pounds.
