Location: Nationwide (100% Travel Required)
Compensation: Start at $26 p/h
Benefits: Per Diem $80 daily, weekly pay, Health insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K Match (6%), Holiday & Vacation pay
We are seeking an experienced Driver Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the crew. Pick them up and drop them off to the job sites
- Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
- Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Accurately report time and attendance using technology
- Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Work hours based on job site requirements

Requirements:- 100% nationwide travel required
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
- Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
