Rhino Medical is Leading the Charge Seeking Independent CRNAs for a High-Autonomy Rural Practice Opportunity in Kansas
- Independent CRNA-Only Practice
- July 6 – July 12 Coverage Need
- Day Shifts Plus Call
- Call Rotation 1:2
- Travel Included
- Cerner EMR
- Diverse Surgical Case Mix
- Strong Clinical Autonomy
Main Shift
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Day coverage plus call responsibilities
- Shared 1:2 call rotation
- Independent call coverage model
- Supportive surgical and perioperative staff
CRNAs will provide anesthesia coverage across a broad mix of procedures including:
- General Surgery
- Endoscopy
- Pain Management Procedures
- Cataracts
- Minor Orthopedics
- Minor Urology
- OB / C-Sections
- Regional Blocks Required
- Epidurals Required
- Spinals Required
- Independent anesthesia delivery and perioperative management
- Approximately 76 surgeries monthly
- Approximately 7 deliveries monthly
- Small collaborative anesthesia team
- Typically staffed with 2 CRNAs
- Efficient rural hospital OR environment
- Broad procedural variety with manageable volumes
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active Kansas License preferred
- NBCRNA Certified
- ACLS, BLS Required
- Comfortable with independent rural practice
- Experience with OB and regional anesthesia preferred
- High level of clinical independence
