Organizational Change Management Consultant

To support a growing practice, the full-time Organizational Change Management Consultant will design, develop, and manage end-to-end manual and automated testing processes, ensuring quality and optimization in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API frameworks Lead and coordinate testing activities, owning quality gates and exit criteria while driving Agile testing processes Actively validate user stories within sprints to ensure early detection of issues and contribute to automation stability and best practices Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end digital flow testing and automation across applications Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or Typescript Intermediate knowledge of SQL and mobile automation using Appium Experience with Gitlab and CI/CD tools Expertise in test management tools such as JIRA and Qtest
