Overview
Registered Nurse, Psychiatric (Travel) — Woodsville, New Hampshire. Start date: August 10, 2026. Duration: 4 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,521–$1,573 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). This is a temporary travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a psychiatric care setting
- Conduct mental health assessments and monitor patient status
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects
- Implement and participate in treatment plans; document progress and changes
- Maintain patient safety through observation, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention when needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients, families, and other care providers
- Document care activities and ensure accurate charting and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state-specific or compact) valid for practice in the assignment location
- Completion of an approved nursing program (RN degree)
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) in a psychiatric hospital setting
- Eligibility for travel assignment and the ability to adapt to a temporary hospital environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and quality care
