Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Eagle Pass, Texas
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Circulator position provides perioperative nursing care by assisting with scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures. This role prepares the operating room for patients and surgical procedures, ensures aseptic techniques and standards are followed, and coordinates with the operating team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 06:30 AM3:00 PM, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week; MondayFriday (MF). On-call coverage is 12 days per week and 2 weekends per month.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN (highly desired); current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district; PALS (required); BLS (required); ACLS (required); OR experience (required: 3 years).
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN
• Additional Information: Must have availability for departmental admissions to the operative suite and support intraoperative patient care coordination. Assembles equipment and supplies, ensures equipment is functional, and confirms supplies/implants are available for operative procedures. Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and the surgical team.
