About the Role:

D o you enjoy operating equipment, staying organized, and helping keep production moving smoothly?

We're looking for a Material Handler who takes pride in supporting manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, move materials throughout the facility, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure production and shipping teams have the materials they need when they need them. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and workflow across the operation.

Responsibilities :

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely to transport materials throughout the facility.

• Supply production areas with empty containers, pallets, crates, and other necessary materials to keep operations running efficiently.

• Organize and stage materials to ensure production and shipping teams have timely access to the products and supplies they need.

• Maintain accurate inventory records by logging material movements and transactions using onboard tablets and inventory software.

Competencies:

• Consistently follows safety procedures and operates forklifts and other equipment safely.

• Effectively organizes materials and prioritizes tasks to ensure production and shipping have what they need when they need it.

• Maintains accurate inventory records and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in daily work.

• Effectively reads, understands, and communicates information in English, both verbally and electronically.
