Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must. Responsibilities Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure every player has what they need. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas. Bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Support the team wherever needed – restocking stations, helping on the tee line, keeping common areas clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe, clean environment. Live Topgolf core values—fun, one team, excellence, courage, caring—every day. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including food trays and supplies. Be on your feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the day. Perform a variety of physical tasks with a can‑do attitude. Endure long shifts in a high‑volume working environment.
