Queen City Homestore is seeking superstars with a hunger for success to join our sales team! This rewarding product specialist sales opportunity offers generous compensation while working for a well-known, family-owned, and operated company with a fabulous reputation and loyal customer base.
We offer:
- Excellent On-the-Job and Manufacturer Training with rewards upon completion of training modules
- Certificate Program to become certified as a Product Specialist - unlimited learning opportunities
- Uncapped Commission Plan after 90 days of training; pay during training is $15 per hour plus spiffs and warranty. First-year earning potential is typically $50- $65K. We have many making six figures.
- Spiffs and Warranty $$ on products sold and delivered

Responsibilities:
- Offer award-winning personalized service to new and existing customers
- Listen and objectively recommend the right products based on the information gathered and the budget
- Write up sales tickets - schedule delivery and follow up with customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Stellar communication skills - bilingual English & Spanish a plus but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work retail hours
