And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.**General Description:**A physical therapist provides services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or loss of a body part. A physical therapist plans and administers physical therapy treatment programs for medically referred patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.
