About the Role As a Sr. Channel Enablement Program Manager, you will be the architect and driver of growth for our channel partner ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role designed for a "strategic doer"—someone who can envision a long-term competency roadmap while simultaneously executing the tactical elements that make it a reality. You will bridge the gap between internal strategy and external partner success by building scalable, repeatable learning frameworks that directly improve partner performance and empower them to drive revenue.What You'll DoResponsible for spearheading the development, execution, and communication of the business impact of ongoing learning initiatives across our channel partnersDesign and execute on program and process frameworks that exhibit repeatability and scalability within the business, catering to the broader objectives of our Channel functionStrategically establish, oversee, and expand learning and competency development programs that tangibly enhances the business processes of our channel partners, as well as how our internal team interacts with the channelCollaborate closely with our crossfunctional teams (eg. Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement) to craft instructional content, and manage our partner learning portalForge strong partnerships with sales leadership and channel business partners to pinpoint and prioritize enhancements for the ongoing program(s)Regularly report on the performance of channel enablement programs and communicate business impact through quarterly business reviewsBalance your time between program management responsibilities, and strategic planningReceive and scope Tier 1 requests with requesters and stakeholders to fully understand the request and impact on teams and develop a project plan including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch components.Main driver for NPI Channel Enablement from a resource balancing perspective, ensuring that the channel perspective is represented in larger New Product or Process introductions throughout the yearBe able to manage and tactically execute on all elements of a program including but not limited to: training and asset creation, scheduling, documentation, cross-collaboration, and timeline managementFacilitate live and/or virtual training and information sessions as neededWhat You Bring5+ years of prior experience in a Sales Enablement, Channel Operations role, or PM role, where you touched channel partners as a main stakeholderComfortable working in a highly visible, cross-departmental role, and engaging frequently with leadership.Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple programs or projects at the same timeBe able to see and plan for the larger strategic vision as well as define and execute on tactical piecesAbility to handle and navigate, at times, stressful and fast-changing situationsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to set priorities and agendas for meetings as well as send action items to everyone involvedSelf-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote teamsProgram/Project Management experience and/or certifications preferredMust be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CAUS Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
