As a Receiving Associate, you will: Unload product from delivery truck Receive materials and components into shop management software Monitor receiving requirements via shop management software Maintain inventory in an organized manner and perform cycle counts per system requirements Operating a forklift safely and efficiently and being able to handle heavy and awkward loads Physically sorting through various products in order to remove defective material Maintains a clean work area, free from debris on warehouse floor Assists in other areas as needed What you'll bring: High School diploma or GED preferred 1 2 years related experience Basic math and organization skills Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs. or more Detail-oriented mindset Strong data entry and computer skills Forklift certification and experience with pallet jacks required Ability to work on feet for long hours Team Player and willingness to help in other areas Excellent communication skills Understanding of safety protocols and requirements What You Can Expect: Starting pay from $20 per hour A stable, 35-year-old family business with strong values Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement A culture grounded in integrity and continuous improvement The chance to be part of a fantastic team that takes pride in excellent work This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment requiring standing, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
