Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining friendly relations with customers and vendors Handling incoming calls and emails as needed for customer support Assisting the Sales Team by providing quotes, setting up orders, and arranging logistics Organizing and maintaining sales documents Scheduling / Updating customers with order status and shipments Following up on quotes and shipped orders for feedback Read and disseminate information from internal reports Requirements Computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Resourceful, organized, dependable, and detail oriented Team player / ability to work in a small office environment Desire to learn and grow within the company Good communication and critical thinking skills Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks without constant supervision Salary Salary for the Sales Assistant is $50k-$60k/year based on experience.
