Job Title Occupational Therapist – Pelvic Health Location Minnesota Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Design functional treatment programs focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay and supporting effective return to community activities Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing Required Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing Pelvic Health Certification required: Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health Certification Experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (new graduates will not be considered) Ability to complete documentation and goal writing in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and professional codes of conduct Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in outpatient or clinic-based therapy settings with a pelvic health patient population Demonstrated engagement in continuing education, professional development, and involvement in professional organizations Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality of care initiatives Why Join Us Opportunity to practice in a specialized pelvic health setting with a focus on delivering superior quality patient care Supportive environment that encourages ongoing professional development and individualized growth planning Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 771345.
