You’ll contribute to the evolution of a modern data ecosystem while partnering closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to solve complex analytical and operational challenges. What You’ll Be Doing Design and develop scalable data pipelines ingesting and transforming data from a variety of internal platforms and external data sources. Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions that support reporting, analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives. Develop robust data models supporting complex investment, operational, and financial datasets. Partner with software engineers, data professionals, and AI teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Engineer and maintain data products using Python, SQL, and modern cloud technologies. Build and optimize workflows within a cloud-native data platform environment. Contribute to emerging AI initiatives, including semantic data layers, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions. Apply best practices around testing, scalability, maintainability, and data governance. Help drive the evolution of a modern enterprise data architecture supporting a rapidly growing business. Desired Background 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related disciplines. Strong experience designing and building data warehouses and enterprise data platforms. Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and schema design. Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud data warehouse technologies. Strong Python development experience. Advanced SQL and database development skills. Experience integrating data through APIs and external sources. Familiarity with cloud-native ETL/ELT platforms. Experience operating within Agile engineering environments. Passion for solving complex technical problems and building scalable solutions. Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML-enabled data platforms. Exposure to enterprise reporting and visualization tools. Familiarity with modern AI development tools, copilots, agent frameworks, or LLM-based solutions.
