Tom Kadlec Kia is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team. What You'll Do

• Help lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales performance through coaching, accountability, and process
• Work directly with customers and sales consultants throughout the sales process
• Assist with deal structure and negotiations
• Support CRM utilization, follow-up, and lead management
• Foster a positive and competitive sales culture
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required
• Proven record of success in automotive retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership mentality with a positive attitude
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license
